Formed in 1992, International Test Technologies is now the world leader in manufacturing test and hardware debug solutions for processor-based boards.

Our main Technology Center is based in Ireland. We also have R&D / Support centers in Asia, Europe and N. America. Additional support is provided by our world-wide partners.

Our target applications
The Master product range is designed primarily for medium to high volume board test and repair. High levels of automation de-skill and speed up the diagnostic process. Database logging of faults, together with built-in statistical analysis tools are useful in design failure analysis and also field returns repair filtering.
