 itk-Engineering GmbHCompany Description:ITK is an engineering company with presently 60 engineers and computer scientists in the field of software development and consulting; based in the region of Karlsruhe, it has branch offices in Marburg and Munich. We have been working in many projects for well-known companies of research and industry carrying out customised developments or assisting our partners in developing. Key aspects of our activities are the development of technical scientific software for customised measuring and control systems on different hard- and software platforms in the fields of automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, medicine and robotics as well as the computer-aided simulation and analysis of technical systems (by using MATLAB, LabVIEW, MATRIXx, ASCET-SD).On different hardware platforms (VME-Bus, Embedded Controller, etc.) and (real-time) operating systems (VxWorks, QNX, OS-9) many projects have been realised. Because of our long lasting co-operation with research centres and development departments of industry with software development, control and simulation engineering as the main focus, we know the methods and tools of rapid and virtual prototyping as well as hardware-in-the-loop-simulation. Our experience is based on more than 150 development and consulting projects.
