Electronic Tools Company™ (e-tools) was founded in 1987 as a Consulting Company for the Electronics Industry. In 1994, Electronic Tools Company was incorporated as a software company producing packaged software for Electronic Design Industry and customized solutions for business in general. Our packaged EDA software is the World best in class for EDA translators. Our customized solutions have evolved into generic business solutions as well as e-government and e-commerce products.
In September 2005, the Board of Directors decided to split the Company into two separate entities, one corporation is dedicated to business solutions, Electronic Tools Company, www.e-tools.com; the other corporation is dedicated to Electronic Design Automation, Elgris Technologies, Inc., www.elgris.com . The ownership of both companies is the same but the missions of both companies are different.
