Description:

The AMC-8201 is a Dual-core 1.5GHz MPC-8641D Single Mid-Size AMC with up to 2GB of ECC and an on-board encryption chip. It is designed for communication applications that requires a broad set of security and packet processing of encrypting/decrypting function and can handle data stream of uo to data up to 2Gbit/sec (1 Gbit/sec full-duplex). Front panel has two SFPs that can be connected to a GE copper or GE fiber link to a secure network and the AMC fabric support 2 x GE fabric connection to pipe the data to and from the shelf.
