EmETX-i945M is RoHS compliant and supports many mainstream operation systems, such as Windows 2000/CE and Linux. EmETX-i945M introduces two Serial ATA devices without changing any of the given ETX pins and ensures long-term support for the vast number of embedded application solutions based on those already highly integrated COMs. Adopting ARBOR's EmETX-i945M ensures long-term support of ETX, and OEM customers do not have to make even the smallest change on existing carrier board designs. By using the ETX module, hardware design time and cost is minimized and your attention can be focused on parts of the system unique to your application.
