The GEMINI, Arcom's new 5.25" form-factor SBC, brings Intel's latest Core 2 Duo technology to the embedded and industrial market. The GEMINI offers our highest ever performance, coupled with the guaranteed longevity-of-supply the market expects from Arcom.

The GEMINI has all the requirements for enterprise and residential network applications as well as the processing power to handle today's demanding software, such as graphics-intensive applications or serious number-crunching programs.

In addition to the Core 2 Duo processor options, the GEMINI is packed full of advanced features such as 4 x Gigabit LAN, up to 3GB of DDR2 RAM, dual video output, 6 x USB 2.0 and simple 8 - 24V DC power input requirements, making the GEMINI the perfect solution for almost any high-end embedded processing application.

The GEMINI's characteristics provide unparalleled performance/Watts ratio, enabling very high bandwidth, low power consumption systems to be created. Dynamic fan control ensures operation over a wide temperature range whilst keeping acoustic noise to an absolute minimum.

A ready-to-go, 1U rack mount PC based upon the GEMINI is also available. This slim-line unit offers all the features of the GEMINI in a package which also integrates CD-RW/DVD and HDD drives together with a universal mains / 8 - 24V DC PSU and even offers 2 x PCI expansion
