Summary:
IP-ReflectiveMemory is a networked system with 1 to 256 nodes. The network auto-configures requiring only memory data accesses for operation. LED and SW readable status and additional optional configuration. 256Kx16 SRAM is standard.

Full Text:
IP-ReflectiveMemory is easy to use by design. Each node in the system auto-configures and clears the local memory. The Master node tests the network; when an operational network is detected, the master enables the remaining nodes for operation.

The memory is useful for many shared data architectures where automatic real-time updates are required. Separate spaces within the memory can be defined for parallel and separate updates, specific addresses can be defined for multi-user data fields, serial and parallel processing, system configuration and more. There are no restrictions on how the memory is used.

Up to 256 nodes can be supported. The node address from another node can be used to cause an interrupt to the local host when a data update is received.

256K X 16 of local RAM is located in the IP Memory space. The memory is buffered with FIFO´s to allow for write through operation on the IP port and buffering from the Network port.

The TX path is FIFO buffered to support IP and Network transmissions. State-machines take care of the arbitration between the Network and Local accesses, data integrity testing, packaging etc.

LED status for easy network cable checking. LVDS and Cat5e cabling for a robust low maintenance system.

The Driver supports reading/writing from the memory, programming the PLL for custom frequencies, reading the nodes physical location, reading status etc.
