Concordia University is one of the largest urban universities in Canada. The University is spread over two campuses - one in downtown Montreal (Sir George Williams), the other in a residential setting in the city's west end (Loyola). As an urban university, we are responsive to Montreal's multi-cultural environment, with our Department attracting many international students.
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering has around 40 full-time faculty, strongly committed to excellence in research and teaching, many of whom have established Canadian and international reputations as experts in their field. In addition, we are successful in attracting numerous practicing professionals who teach on a part-time basis.
