The successful Software-company was founded in 1987 in Jetzendorf, district of Pfaffenhofen/Ilm, by Josef W. Karl, who still is sole proprietor and CEO. Today, the headquarter is in Vierkirchen, rural district Dachau, in the north of Munich.
