Based on the vast experience and their applications know-how, Contec has developed an Industry PC which fully meets the above stated requirements. The Panel PC is aimed at tough, demanding industrial environments where down time = productivity loss = unacceptable, and is based on Contec´s patented Fluid Cooling concept which completely eliminates unreliable parts such as Cooling Fans or Fluid Pumps.
Enhanced features:
A high environmental classification (N65), a compact but sturdy design, a temperature monitoring system including a UPS for safe application termination during power failures and various practical functions have been implemented into the hypercontrol® Panel PC.
Configurations:
The Panel-PC is available in various hard and software configurations.
E.g. As a Soft-PLC and Visualization System (CoDeSys) installed on a Linux real-time derivative. Alternatively running on Windows XP and fully PC compatible. CANopen (2x), Ethernet, Serial interfaces, a Touch Screen and visual process control round off this high-end solution.
Further highlights:
Web visualization via Internet, remote diagnostics, global network variable updating via Ethernet or CAN bus, Modbus – Ethernet or Serial, RS422/RS485/RS232 interfaces, Firewire IEEE1394, and much more.
